Cleantech Open Alumni Make an Impact in 2015

As we approach the end of 2015, its time to reflect on the successes over the past year for our Cleantech Open West alumni. It's certainly been a good one!

Two of our regional winners from last year are on the fast-track already. Axiom Exergy has expanded its management team and is expecting to close Series A funding in early 2016. Several large supermarket chains are showing interest in running pilot projects with their Refrigeration Battery. BlueMorph UV has found a manufacturing partner and successfully installed its first commercial project at Jackson...

More Cleantech Winners in the Pacific Northwest

The Pacific Northwest Regional Showcase, which is the final local event, was held in Seattle this year. Congratulations to all our Semi-finalists! Months of hard work in our accelerator program culminated in a 20-minute opportunity to impress the judges with their ideas and newfound knowledge about how to be successful.

The day began with judging held at one of our sponsors, Dorsey & Whitney. The twelve teams presented to two panels of judges who decided on the winners.

Cleantech Innovation Awarded at our 2015 Western Region Showcase

Congratulations to all our Western Region Semi-finalists! After their hard work in our accelerator program, it was time to showcase their innovations and celebrate with fellow startups at our 2015 Western Region Awards and Innovation Showcase.

With two packed rooms of cleantech enthusiasts, the Innovation Showcase gave an opportunity to see the fantastic array of cleantech ideas created by this year's startup teams. Green Build in Pleasanton

A day after Earth Day, the planet was still on the minds of sustainable startup hopefuls attending the Cleantech Open West's Green Build event hosted by Zoho Corporation in Pleasanton.
